We will prepare the Purchase and Sale agreement documents and send via email to you.
Close on Property
We submit the Purchase and Sale agreement to the real-estate attorney and they manage the process from there.

Although we are currently focused exclusively on the land side of the real-estate business that is not where we started. We actually got started by completing a series of DIY home improvement projects, then moved into flipping a couple of houses, and finally found our niche in land investing. We have met a lot of great people along the way, and really enjoy helping people find the right property for their specific needs.
Early in our journey, Jan became a licensed real estate agent and now uses her knowledge and experience to help you through the process of buying or selling your property.
