Q: What kind of land do you have available?
We specialize in land that is vacant and undeveloped. Some of our property may have service (i.e. sewer, water, power, etc.) and some of our property may be completely raw (i.e. no sewer, water, power, etc.). We offer both since different people want different things. We’ll let you know what is available with each property.
Q: Why are the properties discounted so much on this site? Wouldn't you just keep the best deals for yourself?
You’ll find land investment properties on this site are discounted around 10% to 25% because of our proprietary marketing systems that get in touch with landowners who need to sell their property. Often times they may want to sell because they need the money so our company can help them out by buying their raw land quickly for cash… which is a win-win. Then, we pass the discount along to you.
Q: Can I use bank financing to buy these properties?
Yes, there are several avenues to obtain financing for vacant properties. Many banks won’t lend for vacant property, however we have found that local credit unions as well as AgSouth are often willing partners for these types of acquisitions.
Q: Are there any hidden fees when buying land from you?
There are no hidden or additional fees when purchasing a property from Gateway Land Sales. All sales are handled by a licensed attorney and all closing fees are disclosed by them in the closing documents.
Q: How do I make an offer on a property?
Simple, head over to our Contact Us page and send us an email or give us a call. We take offers first come first serve… and telephone tends to be the quickest. Once you connect with us and you want to purchase the property, we’ll require an earnest deposit to secure your offer on that property. We’ll answer any of your questions so you feel 100% comfortable and confident in your decisions.
Q: How often do you add new investment land to the site and VIP Buyers List?
A: We’re always sourcing new investment land… and add new properties to this site on a continual basis. So, check back often as our properties tend to sell very very quickly.
